Primary Sports Awards Celebration 2019

On Monday 17th June, we celebrated the achievements of our Primary Sports teams, with numerous students over a variety of sports being awarded with Coach’s Player, Player’s Player and Most Improved Player of the Year. Year 10 Mandarin students participated in a Field Trip

Year 10 Mandarin students participated in a Chinese cultural field trip to the “Peking Restaurant” on June 14th. Our students had an opportunity to learn how to make dumplings from the professional chef as well as to order Chinese food using the target language. The food was varied and really delicious. At the end of the visit, they produced a written summary in Chinese about their experience.

Final Drama Fun and Games of the Term

We invited our parents to come and join in with our final ECA of the term. We became Giants, Trolls and Wizards and we created magical stories along with a number of our other favourite games, with all the activities selected by the children. Year 3 open ‘Le Croissant Café ‘

In Year 3’s French lessons, students have learnt about food and they have create a Café Français called 'Le Croissant'. They created the food and beverages themselves and use cardboard euros to play. It was an incredible fun and they role-played both customers and clients.

All Thailand Table Tennis Championships 2019

Congratulations to Ultra (7DK) and Latte (4CC) who both competed at the All Thailand Table Tennis Championships 2019 in the Chiangrai Province from 14th – 17th June.

Ultra was awarded 1st runner up with a silver medal in the under 12 year’s category, whilst Latte passed to 3rd round for the under 10 years category.

Patrick in Year 5 has done it again and won another award at the Korat Youth Cup 2019 Tennis Tournament in Samutsakorn. Patrick was awarded 2nd place at in the boy’s U12 category on Sunday June 16th.
