How to manage COVID-19 stress

First of all, we hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during this time. โฃ

We would like to share some tips on looking after yourself. It is very important to deal with stress and learn how to manage it.ย 

1) ๐“๐š๐ค๐ž ๐š ๐›๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ค ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ง๐ž๐ฐ๐ฌ โ€” We do not advise you to not care about what is going on, but take some time off your screens so you are not overloaded with information that can upset you.

2) ๐“๐š๐ค๐ž ๐œ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐›๐จ๐๐ฒ โ€” Eat well, sleep well, exercise well! It is very important to take care of your body and mind.ย 

3) ๐Œ๐š๐ค๐ž ๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐ž ๐ฎ๐ง๐ฐ๐ข๐ง๐ โ€” Donโ€™t forget to do something you enjoy. You do not owe it to anyone to become โ€œbetterโ€ post-pandemic. Donโ€™t feel pressured to become something you are not. It is true that a lot of people have discovered their passion, talent or started a business out of quarantine. However, it is not a competition. Donโ€™t let social media fool you into believing that you have to do something. It is completely okay to take this time to relax!ย 

4) ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ง๐ž๐œ๐ญ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ โ€” Talking to people can lift up your mood in times like these. Catch up with your friends and family. It is super easy now that we have advanced technology that makes communication so much easier.ย
